The dish reflects the sophisticated and luxurious social life of Violetta Valéry, the main character in the opera La Traviata, where the finest delicacies are enjoyed. At the same time, it reminds us of how fleetingly beautiful and fragile life can be, just like Violetta’s fate in the opera.

The dish is available at the landscape cafe during the summer season of 2024.
